Michael Fullmer, MBA

Mike has served in the healthcare field for more than 20
years. His career in healthcare began with a leader in the
pharmaceutical industry, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.
Mike’s eleven-year tenure with Wyeth included roles in sales, market
research and in-line marketing. In his last position at Wyeth, Mike served
as the group leader for the pediatric product team.
Mike left Wyeth in 1990 to join a multi-national medical education
developer, The Medicine Group (TMG), USA. As a Regional Director
of Marketing, Mike was actively involved in new business generation
and new product development. Mike’s role evolved at TMG
as he assumed the role of Vice President and General Manager
for a newly formed Interactive Media Division. Its purpose
was to focus on the emerging communications technologies and
develop applications for CME. In 1995 Mike left TMG to found
Medical Communications Media. Here his creativity combined
with his cumulative expertise in pharmaceuticals, CME and new
technologies provided the leadership and insights necessary
to create a rapidly growing company with an orientation towards
creativity, innovative educational solutions and the application
of new communication technologies. |

Joseph Dennis

Joe has been involved in healthcare for more than 20 years.
His career has included positions in pharmaceuticals, medical
advertising, medical education
and healthcare
communications. Joe’s involvement in healthcare publishing since 1981 has
resulted in a wealth of expertise in medical publishing. In 1991 Joe launched the highly successful venture Medical
Association Communications (MAC). MAC’s focus is on association-sponsored
publications and its success is built on the principles of
quality editorial content, leading faculty participation and
timely topics all packaged in association-endorsed and sponsored
vehicles. As a co-owner of Medical Communications Media, Joe has taken
the MAC experience and applied it to MCM by partnering with
key medical associations and leveraging new educational programming
with association sponsorship and promotion for maximum visibility
and impact.

David Willard
Vice President of Medical Education |

Dave’s 22 years in healthcare have included sales,
marketing and account services and senior management responsibilities
in pharmaceuticals, diagnostics,
microbiology systems and computer software. As Vice President of Medical Education, Dave is responsible for overseeing the medical education team and
developing long-term strategic plans for MCM. Dave
Willard and Lew Pinsker both have been driving forces behind new product development
and the harnessing of new communications technologies.
Prior to joining Medical Communications Media in 1999, Dave served as the
Vice President of Field Marketing for Quest Diagnostics, a worldwide leader
in diagnostic laboratory services. In this position Dave oversaw the development
of strategic business plans and key account strategies. He also managed marketing
and new product introductions in support of 550 sales representatives and 18
company laboratory facilities. Dave held a variety of sales and marketing positions
in healthcare prior to joining Quest. These included positions at Medidata
Systems, Inc., Syva Company, and Marion Laboratories (Aventis). |

Paula DiNote
Director of Project Services |

Joining Medical Communications Media in 1998, Paula brings
extensive experience in project management, information systems,
customer service and new technologies.
Paula’s career prior to MCM included roles at Keystone Information Systems
and Proscape Technologies. Paula’s customer service orientation, management
experience and creative yet systemized approaches to processes have ideally suited
her to oversee the operations end of our business. As Director of Project Services,
Paula is responsible for the project management, meetings, information systems
and the audio/video/web conferencing staffs. Paula’s leadership has translated
into detail-oriented management and turn-key results.

Joseph Kim, MD, MPH
Director of Medical Affairs and Technology |

Joe joined MCM in 2006 and has a strong passion to improve public health by integrating advances in technology with healthcare education. At MCM, Joe oversees the research that goes into identifying the gaps in patient care that can be bridged with continuing education. He also leads the team that measures and analyzes educational outcomes and works to integrate the use of existing and newer technologies to enhance clinician learning. Prior to joining MCM, Joe developed interactive computer-based wellness programs at HealthAtoZ (now MyOptumHealth, a UnitedHealth Group Company) and was involved in medical writing and consulting. Joe has a BS in engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MD from the University of Arkansas College of Medicine, and an MPH from the University of Massachusetts Amherst School of Public Health. |

Leslie Sharp
Director of Editorial Services |

Leslie’s medical writing experience spans more than a decade in both continuing education and pharmaceutical/medical device promotional environments. Her editorial expertise includes hard copy publications, multimedia formats, and live programs in a range of therapeutic areas. She brought her skills to MCM in 2006 as a Senior Medical Writer. Currently, she is responsible for all editorial content at MCM. Before migrating to the medical communications world, Leslie honed her writing skills as an advertising copywriter. Prior to that, she was a public relations specialist for Virtua Health in southern New Jersey. Leslie has a BA in Communications from Rowan University and is a master’s degree candidate in Biomedical Writing at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
